One wall turned into a room of shiplap!! The last of part 1 of trim work - Part 2 Still need the ceiling and closet shelves. Painting and Tile work on deck.

Door number 1, Door number 2 or Door number 3 - No ordinary doors - a few antique doors with some solid wood character needed to be measured, hinged, and hung for size! Work still yet to be done but part of the process is they need to fit!!

Moving inside for trim work!! The month of September they moved in, dust flew and door jams dressed up. No paint yet but soon!!

"Hey, what if we connect the grilling deck to the back deck?"....and we did! Not in the original plans, sometimes changes cost time and money- we caught this one at the right time since they were about to build the back stairs. No demo needed and the quote made the change do-able. Saving going in and out and in and out, just use the connector!

So excited to see our stairs getting built. Like adding a smile to your home's face saying "Welcome come on up" HVAC gets a platform and back stairs to follow.

Let's Catch Up! 3 months and 3 storms (Debby, Helene, and Milton) later. It has been a busy time for storms but here in Southeast Georgia, we were only slightly impacted, but delays and design changes did happen!

Amazing the transformation once walls are up - we have rooms, hallways and closets - oh my! For as many seams as there are - I am counting on them disappearing with a coat of paint or two lol - Finally the last pictures shows there is a method to the madness (and the graffiti on the floor)😂 #
