Some people are concerned about the $30 million investment to build a station on land that we own, only to lease it to Bright Line. But here's the thing—it's just like when a landlord builds an apartment complex. The landlord doesn’t ask tenants to pay for construction. They build it and then lease it out.
We’re doing the same with the Bright Line station. We own the land, build the station, and lease it to Bright Line. This means we stay in control and gain long-term value.
👉Plus, the funds for this project have already been set aside, meaning it won’t cost taxpayers any extra!
