I don't know why Georgia hasn't made National Eat a Peach Day a state holiday. Peaches are basically a religion here, along with UGA Football, Duke's Mayo and Pimento Cheese. Several years ago, we took a little jaunt to and ate peaches right off the tree. If it's not straight from the tree, a good peach crisp or homemade peach ice cream is like a kiss from heaven. What other peach dishes should be added to the peach buffet?

Mega Camp in Seven Snaps

I spent last week in San Antonio with for Mega Agent Camp - our 2nd largest training and networking event of the year. This was one of the best events I’ve been to with KW, and it’s really hard for KW to out do KW!

The information and inspiration was overwhelming. I can group my main take aways into three categories.

1. The State of Real Estate Market - Inventory is creeping up, and giving buyers more options and negotiating power. The interest rate is still in the high sixes. However, it’s still within the historical average AND it’s still the cheapest money to borrow. Credit cards are rocking an average of 25% interest right now.

2. AI - AI is not replacing your real estate agent, and your real estate agent isn’t handing your most important purchase and sale over to the AI robots and praying it goes well. Smart agents, top producing agents (ahem like ME) are using AI to assist with research and administrative tasks that take away time that could be spent with YOU - our loved ones and our clients. Which leads me to 3...

3. Relationships - In a world where we’re screaming “”REPRESENTATIVE”” into the phone, it’s more important than ever to be human. Our loved ones, our clients, the pharmacists need us to be kind, to be patient, to be authentic.
