This closing definitely believed in keeping us on our toes. 😂

We went under contract… then not under contract… and then under contract AGAIN. (For the record, the first contract falling apart had absolutely nothing to do with our Sellers. 👏)

Throw in a few missed Due Diligence appointments and a closing delay - neither were fault of our Sellers, and we finally made it to the closing table! 🎉

Some transactions are smooth sailing… and then there are the ones that like to test everyone’s patience. This one was worth it in the end!

June was a great month m! 🤩

We kicked off the month celebrating a Closing for one of our Rock Hill Sellers as they headed off on their next adventure. 🏡✨

Then we handed the keys to a relocation Buyer on their beautiful new construction home in Denver (NC). 🔑

Another one of our Rock Hill Sellers went back on the market… only to be back under contract 3️⃣ days later with multiple offers! 🤯

And to top it all off, after 353 days on the market, our Clover Seller FINALLY made it to the closing table! 🎉

Every transaction has its own story, and June was a reminder that patience, persistence, and the right strategy can make all the difference. We’re so grateful to our clients for trusting us to be part of their journey! 💚

🏡 **353 days. One closing. Countless lessons.** 🎉

Yesterday, we officially closed on this home, and this one feels extra special.

This property spent **353 days on the market** before receiving an offer. There were exciting moments, disappointing moments, and more than a few hard conversations about adjusting our strategy. Selling wasn't as simple as putting a sign in the yard and hoping for the best.
