At the same time, pending sales have dipped by 1.3%, marking the lowest level since March. The median asking price has edged down by 0.1%, even though the median sale price is still up 1.8% from last year—a clear sign of how higher mortgage rates and ongoing economic uncertainty are shaping the landscape.
