🚨 Congress is advancing what could become the biggest housing reform bill in decades.

The goal?

✔️ Build more homes
✔️ Cut red tape
✔️ Expand manufactured housing
✔️ Limit Wall Street investors from buying single-family homes

Will it make homes cheaper tomorrow? No.

But it could have a major impact on housing affordability over the next several years.

The real question: Will more supply finally help Arizona buyers catch a break?

Congress is on the verge of passing the 21st Century Road to Housing Act after the Senate voted 87-8 Tuesday night to advance the House's amended version of the bill. The 381-page bill includes 45 provisions aimed at expanding housing supply, cutting regulatory red tape, banning large institutional investors from the housing market, and updating the Community Development Block Grant program.
