A career milestone 24 years in the making.
Today I closed what has been the most significant listing of my real estate career.
Not because of the sales price. Not because of the luxury market. And not because of the recognition that comes with it.
What makes this transaction so meaningful is the trust behind it.
This opportunity came through a referral from a fellow Realtor in San Antonio who has trusted me with clients over the years. After interviewing multiple agents, the seller selected me and my team to represent the sale of her home in The Woodlands, TX.
Interestingly, this listing came at a time when I was already making plans to relocate from Florida back to Texas. After serving clients in both states, I felt called to return and invest more deeply in the Texas market where so much of my business, relationships, and referral network have been built.
That transition allowed me to be fully present throughout the process as we developed and executed a strategic marketing plan that resulted in an all-cash buyer and seamless transaction in just 17 days on market.
While this closing represents a major professional milestone, it’s also a reminder of what this business is truly about. Behind every transaction is a story, a family, a decision, and often a new chapter in someone’s life.
Being trusted to guide clients through those moments is something I never take for granted.
I’m incredibly grateful to my client for her confidence, to my referral partner for their continued trust, to my LPG Team, co-op agent, title partners and to everyone who has supported me throughout my 24-year career.
Milestones like this don’t happen alone. They are built on relationships, consistency, hard work, and the trust of the people we have the privilege to serve.
Today I’m celebrating a career achievement, but even more than that, I’m grateful.
