This week I handed the keys to a sweet family who’ve been dreaming for years about this moment: owning a home in the neighborhood where they've taken their kids trick-or-treating, and been hoping to put down roots.

We waited patiently for the right house in the right neighborhood, and when it finally came along, it happened quickly! We navigated a competitive multiple-counter situation and put together a strong offer that ultimately secured the home.

Helping people create stability, build memories, and find a place to call home is a tremendous honor.

I'm feeling especially grateful this week, as I have two buyers currently in escrow, with one ready to close on his new home tomorrow, and my other clients just a week and a half away!

From inspections and negotiations to navigating the many moving parts of escrow, both of these transactions have been made smoother by the team of people I work with - lenders, escrow officers and affiliate partners, inspectors, and agents who genuinely care about people.

I'm so grateful for the opportunity to guide my clients through such a meaningful life event. Buying and selling a home can feel overwhelming at times, between the many decisions that need to be made to all the moving parts (literally!) - but watching clients move from uncertainty to confidence—and ultimately toward the goal of their new home—is incredibly rewarding.
