SDAT has been down for a week. Unfortunately, this site is for the public. The platforms for the State in all the Counties are working to my understanding. This means it is likely seen as disposable and not a priority. SDAT for Baltimore County told me that if you need something to email them [email protected] and they will get you what you need.
