Sometimes real estate is all about family. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒🤍

These recent transactions reminded me of this: empty nesters selling the home where they raised their son, a couple purchasing a condo for a family member who’s ready to launch, and retirees purchasing new construction in a 55+ community to be closer to grandchildren.

Different families, different seasons of life. All buying or selling as a result of changing needs of their families. And I’m grateful to have been part of their journeys.

Hearing this at the final walkthrough, I was reminded that life has a way of unfolding exactly as it’s supposed to.

These buyers needed more space. And this one - the location, the house, and the large lot - hit the target. 🎯

With low inventory and their house already sold, we needed to act fast. Our offer was submitted (and accepted!) on day one. 💥 And while there were a few bumps along the way, it all worked out… just as it was meant to. 💫
