🎉 Double Settlement Day 🎉

This one was a doozie and special because it was family, for some odd reason those usually go hand in hand lol. Congratulations on the sale Mark and the purchase of your beautiful new home Mark and Aunt Rhonda! I met Mark a few months ago through my lovely Aunt Rhonda. He was looking to sell his current property and purchase a new one with some land and multiple garages. He had a very particular type of property in mind and after a month or so of looking, the perfect one hit the market. We made sure we were the first to tour and we submitted a strong offer promptly after. Once we locked in the new home it was on to selling the existing one. After tons of showings, multiple offers and some negotiating we got it under contract and were off to the races! We hit a few unexpected last minute bumps but we handled them as they came and here we are! Thank you both for hanging in there as we navigated the last minute hurdles and for putting your trust in me to guide you through the process. I can't wait to see what you do with the new place and come to the shindigs you have in the massive backyard! Now it’s celebration time!

🎉 Settlement Day 🎉

Congratulations on the sale Tim and Kristen! I was referred to this lovely couple by another agent in my brokerage. From our first meeting I knew they were going to be awesome to work with. Their house flew off the market and to settlement, with the whole process only taking about two and a half weeks. It’s crazy to me how things come back around in this industry, here we are years later wrapping up settlement and getting him ready for his next chapter. 🎉 Settlement Day #2!🎉

Congratulations Mike and Chelsea on the sale of your beautiful home! It’s kind of crazy to think that this journey is over. As I mentioned in a previous post, I’ve been working with this awesome couple for a few years. We rode the housing market roller coaster and experienced our share of ups and downs but their perseverance paid off. We found the perfect forever home and won the bidding war to secure it. Then we listed their previous home and it went crazy, 10 offers, insanely competitive terms and $25k over list price! Needless to say everyone is very happy with the results and now it's time for them to take a deep breath and enjoy some relaxation in their gorgeous new home.
