These buyers were casually ready to look for a new home with some extra space, so we ventured out for a quick peek one day. They ended up falling in love before they even realized they were ready!

We wrote an offer right away, but with a contingency. Then competition heated up, and other buyers wanted the same house, so my clients had to pivot fast and remove that contingency.
