If you’re waiting for the spring market to buy… you might actually pay more. 👀

Here’s what most buyers don’t realize:

✔️ Mortgage rates are projected to stay in the low 6% range — experts say this may be close to the lowest we’ll see for a while. Waiting may not mean better rates. (see first graph below)

✔️ Less competition right now = less stress. In winter, homes average about 70 days on market vs. 50 days in spring. That’s a big difference in pressure and bidding wars. (see second graph below)

✔️ Prices typically rise in spring. In fact, data from the National Association of Realtors shows buyers who purchased early in the year saved roughly $30K–$35K compared to peak spring pricing. 💰 (see third graph below)

Buying a few weeks earlier isn’t about rushing — it’s about strategy.
More leverage. Less competition. Real savings.
