SOOOO happy and excited for this closing! It is extra special! Family of SEVEN! They called about renting.... well, this girl knows buying is so much better than renting! Sometimes people think they can't do it. I say, LET's TRY! 28 days later, SOLD! Great job Julie Poulin! They are on their way from WV, can't wait! My heart is filled and I am having fun shopping for their special gifts!

From the moment we considered moving to Florida Wendy was a real, warm and genuine person answering all our questions. She was a northern transplant too so she understood the transition we were thinking about. We first considered renting but then with her great guidance was able to secure a home for a wonderful price in North Port Fl. Considering we were purchasing from afar she took extra care to coordinate warm referrals to mortgage company, inspectors, insurance and beyond. She is a truly amazing human, a great open communicator, and this transition to Florida would not have been possible without her!

The market in SW Fl has corrected and stabilized. Here's some great news showing improvements, these are for single family homes.

There’s lots of headaches when it comes to real estate, but having the right agent in your corner, takes care of any issues that may arise. The goal is to make it smooth sailing ⛵️for my buyers and sellers. 

We do a lot more than open doors. 🚪There’s a lot of behind the scenes work before during and after a sale!

I often have people say, "Can we try higher" or "What do we have to lose?" You will lose buyers! Buyers are watching the market more in depth than you think and no one is willing to overpay for a home. I will price out your home to sell not fill space on internet listing sites. Overpriced homes help sell others. Hire an agent and take their advice!😃
