Real estate keeps us humble. 🏡✨
When we took this listing, we honestly thought it might be the first one to sell out of all our active listings. It had so many of the things buyers say they want — charm, upgrades, great presentation, and all the dreamy qualities that make a home easy to market.
But here’s the truth about real estate:
The market decides.
Not the agents.
Not the anxious homeowner.
Not even the buyers who are ready and excited to buy in Florida this season.
Every single time, the market decides whether a home is the right location, with the right features, at the right price.
And when this one didn’t move as quickly as our crystal ball suggested — apparently it was due for a tune-up 🔮 — we did what good agents do. We guided our sellers through changes, adjusted our marketing strategy, kept listening to buyer feedback, and stayed focused on getting the home positioned the right way.
