Every home has a story, and this one gave us a closing day we’ll never forget! ☔🔑

I’m so excited for my seller as we officially closed on their mothers’ beloved home yesterday. It’s always bittersweet saying goodbye to a place filled with so many memories, but it makes it easier knowing a sweet buyer is ready to love and care for this home just as much as the family did.

To make the closing day even more memorable, my sweet seller accidentally managed to lock himself out of the house while checking locks…with his car keys locked inside! 🤪 Thankfully, it all worked out and gave us a funny story to laugh at during closing.
