I want to inform you of an important update regarding the Virginia Housing Community Heroes grant program.
Effective today at 2:00 PM, the grant amount will be reduced from $10,000 to $5,000.
In order to secure the full $10,000 grant, we must have a fully executed purchase contract and your interest rate locked no later than 2:00 PM today.
If you are currently under contract or planning to move forward, please contact me as soon as possible so we can review your status and take the necessary steps before the deadline.

Closed $17,000 below list price, secured 3.5% in closing costs, 3% paid toward debt, my commission covered, and additional funds at closing to put toward a new roof.
