That’s the goal. But more importantly, it’s 20 stories, 20 fresh starts, 20 major life moments I get the privilege of being part of in 2026.

Whether it’s helping a first-time buyer unlock the door to homeownership, guiding a military family through a PCS move, or helping sellers transition into their next chapter — I don’t take the responsibility lightly.

📈 The Hampton Roads market is still favoring sellers… but the tide is slowly shifting.

For the past few years, buyers were fighting uphill battles:

⚡ Limited inventory

And while strong homes are STILL moving quickly… we’re beginning to see signs of change across parts of Hampton Roads. More inventory is hitting the market, buyers are gaining a little more breathing room, and negotiations are starting to return to the table.

6:30 AM — Alarm goes off. Time for coffee, emails, and checking what happened overnight.

8:00 AM — Lead follow-ups, client texts, and enough tabs open to make the laptop nervous.

10:30 AM — Training, scripts, learning, and realizing real estate is part business, part psychology, and part controlled chaos.

1:00 PM — Property tours, networking, or chasing opportunities that don’t always happen inside an office.

4:00 PM — Social media content, market research, and trying to stay consistent even when nobody sees the work behind the scenes.

7:00 PM — More calls, planning tomorrow, and reminding yourself that every expert was once new.
