Local lenders > the bank

The bank is fine, just in experience a local lender is highly recommended.

Lenders that pick up the phone, know their product well, focus on your best interest & follow up with you, they are going to help you get the deal done!

The lender you use to buy is your choice!
Your realtor should have recommendations but the choice is yours.

Can you have a successful purchase using a credit union, sure, again the choice is yours!

I took out 3 different commercial clients to see 5 spaces in total, 3 different cities!

One is moving forward on acquiring the space, two are still looking.

BUTTTT I did run across some pretty cool spaces that my clients weren't interested in.

One is super cool, it has about 1600sq ft of retail at the bottom and a 3 bedroom apartment on top! Both spaces available in a great location. - open to multiple business types in Newport News

Two are 1000sq ft space, blank canvas, one is in Hampton, one in Newport News
