Casey has taken the time to educate himself on foreclosures and short sales. Over half of Casey's business in the last year has been short sale homes. CDPE- Certified Distressed Property Expert. The CDPE is the premier designation for San Diego Realtors who work with distressed homes and clients. Casey has held this designation for nearly two years now and was one of the first in his brokerage to obtain it. ABR- Accredited Buyer’s Representative. In the current market it is more important than ever for buyer's to seek out their own competent representation. Agents with the ABR designation have had extensive training on working specifically with buyers and advocating for their best interest. CNE- Certified Negotiation Expert. As a CNE Casey has been trained in advanced negotiation tactics.
