What I Do Differently?

I'm going to be honest about something.
Most agents will show you houses until you pick one.

That's not what I do.

Before I show you a single property, I'm going to ask you a lot of questions. About your job. Your commute. How you spent your last weekend. Whether you cook or order in.
If you have kids or plan to. What bothers you about where you live now.

Because I've seen what happens when someone buys the right house in the wrong place. Or the wrong house because they were tired of looking.

My job isn't to close a deal. It's to make sure you don't regret the one you make.

People always ask me: "What's the best neighborhood to buy in right now?"

Honest answer: it depends on your life, not just your budget.

Some people need top-rated schools and a quiet street. Some want to walk to restaurants and not own a car. Some want land. Some want a lock-and-leave condo.

The "best" neighborhood is the one that fits how you actually live β€” not what's trending on a list.

Biggest myth I hear all the time: "I need 20% down to buy a home."

Nope. Not true.

There are programs where buyers are getting in with 3%, sometimes less β€” and some with zero down depending on where you're buying.

The real barrier isn't usually the money. It's not knowing what options exist.
