My oh my, May was another remarkable month! Buyers leveraged higher interest rates to their advantage, negotiating favorable terms and securing great homes 🏡 with concessions such as closing cost help, interest rate buy-downs and in some cases acquiring fabulous household items to further feather their nests. 🪺 Furniture these days is not an inexpensive proposition and many sellers… especially those moving abroad or out of state… are delighted to convey their furnishings, including even basics like dishes and cutlery! It makes moving a whole lot easier when you hit the ground running. Thank you 🙏 to my fabulous clients who bring their best each and everyday! 🏡

Silver Spring/Woodside! 🤩 It was a late night last night putting the finishing touches on this beautiful home. 🏡 We love look at homes at night to see how they “live” and also decide on light bulb colors… cool, bright or warm and where things need adjusting. Professional photos tomorrow and we cannot wait!
