Orchids orchids everywhere! 🩷 Sellers who go above and beyond for their professional photo shoot 📸 not only make a lasting impression, they have me doing a happy 😊 dance.

In this case, orchids with intricate blossoms and colors were carefully sourced from all over the DC Metro area including of course a trip to Johnson’s Florist & Garden Centers in Kensington. The photographer’s audible gasp spoke volumes about the quality of their work. Oh, so pretty!!

PSA clean your dryer vents!! 🙈 Is your dryer on the 2nd or 3rd floor of your home? If so, most duct cleaning companies can’t reach it!

The culprit of towels not drying... a dryer vent that snakes through the attic before it exits near the roof! This required a chimney sweep.
