Super happy for this young Air Force buyer on the purchase of her beautiful new home in Eagle River!

This one was about 8 or 9 months in the making. Between TDYs, work trips, field exercises, and everything else that comes with military life, there were plenty of times when the home search had to take a back seat. We stayed patient, worked around her schedule, and kept looking until we found the right one.

Now, in her 20s, she is officially a homeowner in Eagle River! Pretty awesome accomplishment and one she should be incredibly proud of.

Had a pretty awesome week this week! Closed on $2,275,000 in real estate, with plenty more closings coming next week. Even better, every one of these closings was for an active duty military or veteran families.

Staying busy, loving this job, and especially loving being able to help military families through the home-buying and selling process here in Alaska. Having been through the military life myself, it makes these closings that much more rewarding.

Another great week in the books!

🏡✨ Honored to be recognized as a Top Producer with Real Broker for the second quarter!

June was an incredible month, and I'm beyond grateful for the amazing clients who trusted me to help them with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I've been a little quiet on social media lately because I've been soaking up Alaska's beautiful summer, spending time with my family, camping, making memories, and continuing to put in the work behind the scenes. ☀️🏕️❤️

I'm incredibly thankful for everyone who has supported my business through referrals, recommendations, and trust. July is already off to an even stronger start, and I'm excited to continue helping more families achieve their real estate goals!
