It can be tempting to skip a septic inspection when competing against multiple offers... But unless a system is brand spanking new with a Permit to Discharge to prove it, always get one!

Here CT Septic is explaining to a Buyer that while the tank needs replacing, the rest of the system is in great shape. While that may be scary news to some, this is incredibly common and a relatively easy fix without delaying closing! (With the right REALTOR of course 😉).
