Yelling this one from the rooftops for these two incredible humans and this exciting new chapter ahead 🥂🏡

Not every real estate deal comes together easily… but every once in a while, everything aligns exactly the way it’s supposed to. Harry and Hali are the perfect example of that, and I genuinely could not be happier for them.

This was one of those unforgettable moments where you walk into a house and immediately know. The kind where you do a double take, start picturing your future there before you even leave the driveway, put in the offer, and somehow- against all odds in this market- get it accepted the very first time around.

They saw the vision immediately, and together, we made it a reality.

One of my favorite parts of this transaction was the teamwork behind the scenes. The listing agent and I had honest conversations about some of the challenges she had experienced in past transactions, and instead of making things harder on each other, we worked together to create a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved. Those kinds of deals are always extra special.

Not only did Harry and Hali secure an incredible home at a great price, but they also found a place they can truly grow into and make their own over time. The potential in this home is amazing, and I already know they’re going to make it something really special.

You two were an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. Truly good people, with kind hearts, who deserve every exciting thing coming their way.

A quick little thing that can make a BIG difference when buying or owning a home!

Older homes often have screw-in fuse plugs, while new systems use breaker switches inside an electrical panel. Knowing the difference can matter for safety, insurance, and the cost of future upgrades.

Especially here in New England, older homes have character… but they may also come with older systems that you as a buyer should absolutely understand before purchasing.

A little knowledge now can save you a LOT of surprises later.

Congratulations on your beautiful new townhome, Eileen! 🥳🦋

A few months ago, Eileen’s sisters, Lisa and Ellin, reached out to us all the way from Arizona and California with one very important goal- helping their sister find the perfect place to call home here in Connecticut.

As you can imagine, coordinating a home purchase from across the country comes with a few moving parts. But from day one, they trusted us, trusted the process, and worked alongside us every step of the way to make sure Eileen found the right fit.

And thankfully… it didn’t take long.

The moment we found this bright, airy townhome in such a perfect location, it just felt right. A peaceful space to make her own, settle into, and truly enjoy this next chapter of life.

Eileen, it was such a pleasure getting to know you throughout this journey. We hope this home brings you years of happiness, comfort, peace, and quiet - the kind that makes a house truly feel like home.

Did you know that putting groceries away can take longer than getting pre-approved?

One of the biggest mistakes I see buyers make is waiting until they find “the one” before talking to a lender. By then? The house could already be gone.

The average preapproval application in the United States only takes about 10-20 minutes to complete and it can make the difference between getting the house… or watching someone else move into it.

If you’re even thinking about buying a house this year, get the boring part out-of-the-way first so when the house of your dreams pops up, you’re ready to move fast!

Yelling this one from the rooftops because these two deserve every bit of celebrating 🏡🤍 Congratulations to Ola and Brian on their beautiful new home!

From the very first meeting, I knew this was going to be special. Ola reached out to me already organized, prepared, and ready with a vision - not only for selling their condo in Norwich, but for finding the right place to begin this next chapter together near family and with room to grow their own.

And when it came time to sell their condo… wow.

The response was incredible. We received offers that honestly didn’t even feel real at times, and it was such a testament to how well they prepared, trusted the process, and allowed us to position the home the right way from the beginning. Watching everything come together so strongly on the sale side made finding the perfect next home even sweeter.

And somehow… this house felt like it had been waiting for them.

A quiet wooded backdrop, an incredible yard, space for sweet Daisy to run around, and all the warmth and potential they had hoped for in a home. I still remember walking through it with them for the first time and watching the excitement grow room by room as they started picturing their future there.

This journey came together so beautifully. Selling one home while purchasing another is never a small task, but everything aligned exactly the way it was meant to.

Ola and Brian - I truly could not be happier for you both. This home fits you so naturally, and I already know it’s going to hold years of laughter, milestones, memories, and really beautiful moments.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of such a huge chapter in your lives. You both deserve every good thing that comes with this next adventure.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for all the love and support that was shown at the Rooted and Community – Bubbles & Bloom event that we hosted this past week!

It ended up being such a wonderful night surrounded by so many amazing clients, friends, and those who continue to support my business in the biggest ways. We spent the night building bouquets, drinking mimosas, laughing, and just enjoying time together, and honestly, it meant the whole world to me.

A huge thank you to Todd Cooke from AnnieMac Mortgage and Ryan Hartman from Anchor Home Inspections for sponsoring portions of the event and helping us make it all happen. Knowing that many of the clients there that evening had worked with Todd and/or Ryan throughout their home buying journey made it even more special. Working with incredible local professionals who truly care about our people as much as we do makes all the difference. Teamwork makes the dream work ❤️

And another big thank you to Lucille’s cafe and Dahlia Dreams Flower Farm for being incredible local vendors and helping create such a fun atmosphere for everyone.

These two officially closed on their very first home, and I genuinely could not be more excited for them.

In a world where it can feel hard to find a deal, hard to stay motivated, and hard to keep pushing through this market, Ian and Cailey stayed relentless. They knew exactly what they wanted- a home with potential, a vision they could bring to life, and a place they could truly make their own.

I joke with clients all the time and say, “Buy the ugliest house in the neighborhood.” Why? Because that’s where opportunity lives. That’s where sweat equity happens. That’s where you create something incredible over time. And honestly… these two just found one of the BEST examples of that.

This home has amazing bones, endless potential, and with the updates they already have planned- flooring, opening up spaces, fresh paint, and bringing their style into it- it is going to completely transform.

But honestly, one of my favorite parts of this entire process was getting to know these two beyond just real estate. Somewhere between showings, conversations, strategizing, and all the chaos that comes with buying a home, we became friends- and that’s one of the coolest parts of this job for me. ❤️

These two are genuinely the best humans, and it was such a fun experience helping them navigate this crazy market while staying focused on what mattered most.

When things get tough, you make sure you have the right people around you- and these two absolutely did that every step of the way.

Spent some time down in Dallas, Texas this past week and this is exactly why I love what I do.

I had an opportunity to be in a room of professionals who really get it. Talking real estate- sharing the kind of insider knowledge you don’t just find online. Learning from others and having conversation conversations that actually make us all better, sharper, and smarter at what we do.

It is truly amazing to be connected with wonderful, hard-working agents from all over the country. Together, we are here to become better versions of ourselves and our business. Not only for us, but for our clients and team members.

Huge and endless thank you to Brianna Castillo for all of this. She is not just an incredible business woman and Realtor, but she is an even better person who not only wants what’s best for your business, but also wants what’s best for each individual and their own goals.

These meet-ups are always a reminder that even in different markets, we are all working towards the same goal: serving at as high a level as possible without burnout.

One of the best parts though was getting to spend time with friends who were also clients. Those full circle moments will never not mean something to me.

Grateful for the experience and excited to bring all of this back home to better serve my people here in Connecticut đź’™
