The market is speaking… and it’s usually saying one of three things:

Anybody can celebrate a signed contract. The real work starts AFTER the excitement wears off.

Inspections. Appraisals. Financing issues. Title problems. Deadlines. Negotiations. Keeping emotions under control. Holding the deal together when things go sideways.

That’s where great agents earn their money.

But WHAT IF…

A good friend of the team, and someone we look up to, .her.life recently made a post that said:

When I tell you those words hit like a ton of truth bricks. Entrepreneurship is one of the most raw forms of stepping out of faith.

As an entrepreneur, you have to be prepared to endure walking through endless miles of fire with no guarantee at the end. And why? Because of that damn voice reminding you all of the people you can help if you pull it off. This s**t is hard, and if you know someone doing it and actually giving it their all… support them.

Before we write an offer, one of the biggest questions we should ALWAYS ask:

“Are there any competing offers?”

Because how we negotiate a solo deal vs a multiple-offer situation are two completely different games.
