I am truly honored to be presented with Coldwell Banker’s 2025 President’s Circle Award, an achievement reserved for the top 4% of all Coldwell Banker Realtors internationally. This recognition means more to me than I can put into words.

Amy and I are incredibly grateful to every client who has trusted us to guide them through the home buying or selling process, to those who have kindly referred us to their family and friends, and to everyone who has supported us and cheered us on.

I genuinely love what I do. I know that may sound cliché, but Real Estate is deeply personal work that requires an immense amount of trust. We are invited into people’s lives during some of their biggest transitions; when they’re getting engaged and starting a new chapter together, welcoming a growing family and needing more space, preparing for retirement and reimagining what’s next, celebrating a career promotion, or navigating the heartbreak of letting go of a home after losing a loved one. So if you’re in need of these magically yummy cookies, these ladies have you covered! $6 per box.

If you’re only looking to place one order, please don’t feel like you need to place two or split your order between the two kids. Today marks the closing of my clients first home, the condo where their homeownership journey began. They’ve been such wonderful stewards of this space, lovingly updating and caring for it over the past few years. Their thoughtful touches truly turned it into a warm, welcoming home, one that’s now ready for the next family to love just as much.

From finding their very first condo together to now closing on their beautiful new forever home, it’s been such a joy to be part of Matt and Rachel’s journey. Seeing them build their careers, grow together, and now take this next big step is why I love doing what I do.
