This is what unchecked termite and moisture damage can look like. That bouncy floor you walk on every day? It's usually not "just how it is" - Ignoring it can turn into a very expensive repair.
Planning to sell your home? Call me today so we can get ahead of problems that can come up on an inspection, big or small. Don't throw money at items you haven't seen yourself and/or checked after "completion". This was after completion, Yikes! Thats a no go.
