✨ Sometimes the right home is worth waiting for. ✨

When my client got pre-approved, we started house hunting right away. We toured homes during snowy, rainy, freezing cold days trying to find the right one. ❄️🌧️

Then we walked into that house. The moment he saw it, I could tell — this beautifully remodeled home was the one. 🏡❤️

But we were competing against other offers… and unfortunately, we didn’t win.😭

My client was disappointed, but we kept searching. We saw other homes in similar areas and layouts, but nothing gave him that same excitement.

I kept monitoring the property closely, and one day I found out the home became available again. I immediately called the listing agent, got the details, and we moved fast.

This time… we got it UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉🔑
Seeing how happy my client and his family were made every showing and every stressful moment worth it.

Had an amazing morning volunteering for RED Day with Keller Williams Greater Des Moines at On With Life! ❤️

On With Life is an incredible nonprofit that helps individuals recover and rebuild their lives after brain injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions.

Our crew spent the morning cleaning one of the homes, pulling weeds, and building furniture. I truly love giving back to the community, and it was even better getting to know my colleagues more throughout the day.

Grateful to be part of a company that values serving others! 👏🏻

Hay momentos en este trabajo que me recuerdan exactamente por qué hago lo que hago. 🏡✨

Hace poco trabajé con unos clientes que ya habían sido preaprobados y comenzamos a buscar casas dentro de ese rango de precio. Pero después de ver varias opciones, la realidad era clara: no encontrábamos nada que realmente se ajustara a lo que ellos necesitaban para su familia… y ya estábamos al límite de su aprobación.

Recuerdo perfectamente la última casa que vimos en ese rango. Cuando salimos, pude ver en sus caras la tristeza y la decepción. Ya estaban pensando en esperar otro año más.

Pero algo me decía que todavía había opciones.

Gracias a mis más de 15 años de experiencia en hipotecas, empecé a hacer preguntas más profundas sobre sus deudas y su situación financiera. Me comuniqué directamente con el lender, expliqué el caso de mis clientes y trabajamos juntos para revisar documentos y analizar alternativas.

¿El resultado? Su preaprobación aumentó a una cantidad donde sí existían opciones reales para ellos. 🙌

En cuanto empezamos a ver casas en ese nuevo rango, les mandé una propiedad que llevaba solo 1 día en el mercado… y desde el momento en que entré, supe que ESA era la indicada.

No fue fácil. Competimos contra múltiples ofertas y otras familias interesadas. Pero desde el primer día luché por ellos. La comunicación entre el listing agent y yo fue excelente, movimos todo estratégicamente y logramos ganar la oferta. 🔑🏠

Hoy mis clientes tienen la casa que realmente querían, no la que tuvieron que “conformarse” en comprar.

Esto es exactamente lo que me diferencia. No solo abro puertas y enseño casas. Mi experiencia en hipotecas me permite guiar a mis clientes de una manera mucho más profunda, estratégica y personalizada. Muchas veces, la solución no es rendirse… sino tener a alguien que sepa encontrar caminos donde otros no los ven.

Y eso es justamente lo que amo hacer por mis clientes. ❤️
