Building a new home? Don’t skip the third-party inspection.

Just because a home is brand new doesn’t mean it’s perfect. This is my clients’ pre-drywall walkthrough, one of the most important stages of the build process because everything behind the walls is still visible.

A third-party inspector provides an extra set of trained eyes to help identify potential issues before insulation and drywall go up. It’s a small investment that can provide peace of mind and potentially save thousands down the road.
