After helping buyers purchase homes throughout Central Ohio for the past 23 years, Iāve heard so many stories from people who walked away from previous home buying experiences feeling confused, rushed, or not fully informed about what they were signing or what to expect throughout the process.
Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will make, and I believe buyers deserve guidance, education, honest conversations, and someone looking out for both their immediate needs and long-term investment.
While Iām based out of Westerville, Ohio, I help buyers all across Central Ohio. Over the years, many of my clients have continued working with me even when their search expanded well outside of Columbus because having someone they trusted to guide them through the process mattered to them.
Every area and market is different, and I take the time to study local inventory, pricing trends, resale potential, neighborhoods, commute considerations, and community features so my buyers can make confident, informed decisions no matter where their search takes them. Iāve even helped clients purchase homes more than 90 minutes outside of Columbus because they didnāt feel comfortable starting over with someone new.
Before we even begin touring homes, I sit down with every buyer for an initial consultation where we walk through the entire home buying process together. We discuss contracts, timelines, financing, inspections, negotiations, and what to expect during each step so they feel prepared and confident moving forward.
But I also know those first meetings can feel overwhelming and some important details can easily get lost afterward.
Thatās exactly why I created this buyer magazine.
I wanted my clients to have something they could physically take home and reference when questions come up. A guide they can flip through that helps simplify the process and gives them peace of mind along the way.
When touring homes, I believe in having honest conversations. While Iām not a home inspector, I do point out maintenance concerns, renovation ideas, resale considerations, and repair items I notice so buyers can make informed decisions before writing an offer.
I purchased my first home at 21 years old, and over the years Iāve gained a lot of knowledge about homeownership, renovations, maintenance costs, and long-term resale value. Iām always thinking ahead for my clients because we never know where life may take us, and I want buyers to make decisions today that can help build equity and maximize value in the future.
My goal is never just to help someone purchase a home. Itās to help them feel informed, protected, and confident throughout the process.
