When You Want a Realtor In Your Corner
Elizabeth was the perfect realtor for us. She worked tirelessly to identify the right property, provided us excellent summaries of each, and nothing phased her. We unfortunately were in and out of several transactions (through no fault of hers) before finally closing. Each time, her preparation and enthusiastic spirit helped bridge gaps such as poor seller communication. We also loved that she was so knowledgeable in construction and renovation because it helped us determine what was important to concentrate on in a prospective property (versus strictly aesthetic factors).
Elizabeth was in our corner every step of the way. We are very pleased with the property that we finally purchased and Elizabeth's advocacy and good judgment helped in what was a fairly stressful transaction due to an issue with the financing.
