A full home prep plan can mean a lot of moving parts—painting, refinishing floors, cleaning windows, staging... basically, giving the house a little spa day before the buyers arrive. 😉🏡

And yes, I was happy to cover the staging because I want my clients' homes to look their absolute best when they hit the market. It's an investment in the presentation, the experience, and hopefully the result.

😂🚀 Motivation Monday | Ep. 3

“If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.” — Steven Wright

Well... technically, he's got a point. 😂

But for everything else? Try again.

Real estate certainly comes with its share of plot twists. Offers that don't work out. Homes that take longer to sell. Deals that get complicated. And the occasional moment where you just have to take a deep breath and say, “Okay... what's next?” 😅

The trick isn't avoiding setbacks. It's not letting one bad result convince you that the whole plan was a bad idea.

Adjust. Learn. Try again. Keep moving.

Just maybe don't apply that philosophy to skydiving. 🪂😂

Here's to a Monday with a little perspective, a good sense of humor, and the willingness to keep going.

I also loved that you gave a shout-out to the whole process—not just the sale. From the “junk guy” 😄 and painters to carpet cleaning, house cleaning, and windows, there are a lot of little jobs that go into getting a home market-ready. Having the right people to call can make a huge difference.
