The Yulin Dog And Cat Meat Festival starts in a few days where, every year, thousands of dogs and cats (many stolen pets) are slaughtered. This has to stop!! While progress has been made, our hopes is that this festival and the overall trade will be shut down completely. My sweet dog Chinglee, was rescued from this fate a number of years ago and we continue to fight for this horrific trade to end. Please check out HumaneWorld.org or “NoToDogMeat to help!

We understand that the upcoming Yulin Dog Meat Festival, where thousands of dogs are slaughtered, and from where my sweet pup Chinglee was saved, now has a new mandate and that China’s Ministry of Agriculture has officially declared dogs as companion animals rather than livestock, effectively banning their commercial slaughter and sale. 🐶 🐕 We hope and pray this is the case! 🙏🙏🙏 Monitoring and enforcement will now be crucial to ensure compliance. Thank you to all the other animal advocates and organizations for continuing to fight the horrific trade in various countries around the world!! ❤💕❤ #

Chinglee has a bed, blankets, and toys etc,, but sometimes this fur ball will flop down anywhere she wants - including blocking doorways.........What awkward areas does your pet go to sleep? ❤ 🐕
