Great article on the new tenant at 3200 Corporate Drive in North Chase Industrial Park. Hajoca’s name recognition will spike in popularity as 50,000 plus cars per day travel I-40 in and out of Wilmington. Working with the Landlord to secure this tenant was truly a pleasure and very fulfilling to finish out the last unoccupied section of the building.
