The number of sales transactions and residential real estate and the Pender, Brunswick, New Hanover County Clerk of Courts is virtually the same in 2025 as it was in 2019. However, a major increase in median sales price has led to an over 70% increase in the total dollar volume of sales. In 2019 the median sales price was $256,000 and then 2025 the median sales price was $412,000. Is it sustainable? What does it mean? What are your thoughts?
