More exciting news for Glenview and the North Shore!

🍽️ Celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani is set to open Lago, a modern Italian steakhouse, this fall.

The menu will combine classic Italian dishes with premium steaks and fresh seafood.

🍷 The restaurant will also feature a lounge, open-air dining, and a private-event boardroom so something for everyone and every event it sound like.

Owners are seasoned restauranteurs with Valley Lodge in Glenview and Wilmette as well!

Found this fun backyard feature in Sheridan Road and it made me laugh a little — beautiful landscaping can add serious value to a home, while my own backyard is currently being “redesigned” daily by my dogs.

But buyers really do love great outdoor spaces, and the whole idea of the “Backyard Playground” is definitely catching on — spaces that are not just pretty, but actually lived in and enjoyed.

Mine may need a little recovery work at the moment, but it’s also where some of our best family moments happen… so honestly, I’ll take it. 😊

Came across this Inman News article and thought it did a great job breaking down what’s really at stake with private listings—who gets access, and when.

It's a standoff between Compass pushing to expand its control over how it's listings are shared, and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service in Seattle trying to hold the line on broader, more equal access.

All eyes on Seattle this summer to see how it plays out.
