With decades of real estate experience across Ireland and Australia, a long-standing reputation in Trevallyn and Launceston and a calm, high-touch approach, I help homeowners sell with clear advice, direct buyer management and personal support.
My father ran a real estate agency in Ireland, and I started working in the business as a teenager. One of the earliest lessons I learnt from him was that every person’s home is their castle, regardless of its size, suburb or value.
Over my 33 years in real estate, I have worked through rising and falling property markets. I have helped sellers through almost every kind of life situation, from upsizing, downsizing and relocation to separation, financial pressure, first-time selling, grief and major family changes.
When I walk into a property, I look at the process the way I would if it were my own home or the home of a close friend. What would I expect from my real estate agent? What advice would I need? What would make the process feel clearer, calmer and better managed? Sometimes that starts with something as simple as taking my shoes off at the door to respect the way a family lives in their home.
Over my career, I have received multiple REIT awards, including being named Trevallyn’s number one real estate agent from 2017 to 2025, while Flanagan Residential was the top real estate agency from 2017 to 2026. Those results reflect years of consistent service, local experience and sellers who have been willing to recommend the way we work.
