🏡 Perth Property Perspective 2020 to 2026
There is currently a lot of hysteria, negative press and prophets of doom abounding within the property market.
📊 If we take a snapshot from six years ago, as opposed to now, this is what a more balanced market really looks like.
It's also worth noting the extremes of the preceding 12 months in both periods, 2019 and 2025, to put these figures into perspective.
📈 The fundamentals in Perth and Western Australia still remain very strong, and once the smoke blows over (subject to no black swan events, either globally or nationally), we still see a lot of headroom in the Perth property market. 🏘️
