60 days until Western Sydney International Airport welcomes its first passengers. ✈️

25 October — Jetstar, Gold Coast. 26 October — Air New Zealand, Auckland. A new era for Western Sydney and for everyone who believed in this region early.

We're proud to have developed Rickard Gardens, Leppington Square, Le Vista and Bellevue — four communities in Sydney's South West Growth Corridor, all within 20 minutes of the terminal. Watching these communities grow alongside the airport has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

That’s one statistic that really stood out to us.

According to BIS data, Australian residential property prices recorded 36 positive years between 1986 and 2025, with an average nominal annual change of around 6.8%. 📈

Of course, property doesn’t move in a straight line. Different suburbs and markets perform differently, and there will always be periods of growth, slower conditions and corrections.

🚇✈️The first fully automated, three-car metro train has arrived in Australia from Germany, ahead of testing and commissioning on the line later this year. It will form part of the new 23-kilometre metro line connecting St Marys to the future Western Sydney International Airport and Bradfield.
