A tightly held coastal market, Jan Juc has proven its resilience, recording 8% price
growth over the past 12 months to a median house price of $1.35 million.10 Its beaches, surf culture and proximity to Torquay continue to attract lifestyle buyers, while a median rental price of $750 delivers a healthy 2.9% yield.
