Interest rates are up. Now what? 🏡

The bigger question isn’t what the Bank of Canada did today. It’s what that decision means for YOU.

Buying? Selling? Renewing your mortgage?

Have you spoken to your mortgage agent? Do you know your numbers? Has your strategy changed?

Headlines are one thing. Understanding how they affect your next move is another.

Let’s get into the nitty-gritty and have a real conversation about your options.

📲 Call me. Let’s talk!

Just over here, crying at the fact that my youngest is 12 years old today. Please be warmed that my stories will be inundated with videos of him as he grew up happiest of birthdays, my love.

While everyone else is waiting for the spring market, savvy buyers are making moves now. 🍂🏡

Less competition, motivated sellers, and more room to negotiate? Sounds like an opportunity worth exploring.

The best time to buy isn’t always when everyone else is buying. Sometimes, it’s when everyone else is waiting. 😉

Thinking about making a move? Let’s chat!

Basically, I get paid to be nosy, open doors, judge layouts and admire other people’s houses. 😂🏡

10+ years in real estate and somehow this is still my favourite part of the job. 💃🏼

You can always tell who’s been in real estate the longest…

Meanwhile, Dave in the middle of what would send most people into a full-blown panic: 👟😂

This man is unreasonably calm under pressure. Deals falling apart? Deadlines? Last-minute problems? Chaos everywhere? You’d never know it by looking at him.

Apparently after enough years in real estate, your fight-or-flight response just becomes… goof around in a shoe store. 🤣

And somehow, everything still gets handled. 🏡🙌
