17 YEARS. Seventeen. One-seven. 😂
Somehow, through questionable decisions, busy schedules, two kids, business, chaos, arguments over absolutely nothing, and approximately 4,738 “where are you?” texts… we’re still here. 😂

My Bubba. My Davis. My husband. My best friend. My business partner. My favourite person to annoy and the person I want beside me through all of it.

We’ve grown up together, built a life together, built a business together, and somehow still manage to make each other laugh (and occasionally want to strangle each other 😜).

Marriage isn’t always the highlight reel. It’s choosing each other on the hard days, laughing through the ridiculous ones, and knowing that at the end of the day, this is your person.

17 years down. ❤️

Literally getting a deal signed as we speak… from Splash Works to Canada’s Wonderland, because that’s what working parents do — we get it done. 😂🙌

The beauty of this business is that I can still let my kids enjoy their summer, make the memories, get on the rides, get absolutely soaked… and sneak away when I need to get something done.

Saturday & Sunday? Usually a write-off. 😂
Random Tuesday afternoon? I might just escape the ordinary, close a deal, and be back before anyone notices. 😉

Some friendships don’t begin… they just continue.

My mom likes to tell the story of sending me outside at two years old and telling me to go find some friends. Somehow, I found you.

From sleepovers and rehearsed dances for our parents in the living room, to every other weekend swapping houses and summers at the cottage, some of my favourite childhood memories have you in them. Even when life took us in different directions, we always found our way back to each other.

No matter how much time passes, you’re still my person. The one who knows where I’ve been, understands me without much explanation, and has been there through every season of my life.

I honestly think we’ve been friends longer than this lifetime. ❤️

Real estate doesn’t exactly come with an OFF switch… so yes, I’m taking some time off. Yes, I’m enjoying every second of it. And yes, my phone is still firmly attached to me. 📱😂

Because apparently my version of work-life balance is answering real estate questions with a lake view.

I grew up in the city.

I was riding the TTC by myself before most kids were old enough to drive. I didn’t even get my licence until I was 19. I love the energy, the people, the restaurants, and the concrete jungle.

But somewhere along the way, my definition of luxury changed.

Now, give me open fields, winding country roads, nature, and those cotton candy sunsets that make you stop whatever you’re doing just to take it all in.

Funny how the kid who grew up surrounded by skyscrapers ended up chasing wide-open skies.

I’ll choose this view over the city skyline every single time. 🌅
