Overall, there were 525 sales in Durham in September (a 7.57% decrease compared to August), with an average of 31 days on the market.

The detached market saw a slight increase (0.93%) and the semi and condo markets each saw decreases (2.94% and 9.19%, respectively), compared to August.

New listings were up 29.03%, and the average home price was up 0.83%, month-over-month.

The August real estate stats are out! 📈

Overall, there were 568 sales in Durham in August (a 20.33% compared to July), with an average of 33 days on the market.

The semi-detached and condo markets both saw increases (1.19% and 2.09%, respectively), and the detached market saw a slight decrease (2.48%), compared to July.

New listings were down 17.09% month-over-month, but this is not uncommon for August as a lot of people are away and soaking up those last few days of summer before back to school hits.

The detached, semi-detached, and condo markets all saw slight decreases (4.77%, 3.02% and 2.44%, respectively), compared to June.

New listings also saw a 16.26% decrease month-over-month.
