I meant to share this earlier, but the day truly got away from me, as life often does. Here is today’s sunrise at the BB Ranch.

Even in the middle of a busy holiday season, life still throws us curveballs. But this view reminded me that no matter the challenge, there is still beauty to be found. When you wake up tomorrow, take a moment to breathe and remind yourself: it’s going to be a beautiful day. Even if it’s a difficult one, you aren’t walking through it alone. Let the warmth of the sun reach your heart and quiet your mind today.

2026 is set to be a crucial "reset" year for Canadian real estate. 🏡

Royal LePage Canada forecasts improved affordability will draw buyers back, with a modest 1.0% national price rise and an increase in sales activity. Single-family homes are projected to gain 2.0%, while condos may dip 2.5%. 📉

If you attended our First Time Home Buyer Seminar in November, you will recall that one of our presenters, Market Research Analyst Elizabeth Lorenzin suggested that if you need to be in the GTA for whatever reason (most likely work), the time to buy is now. The Royal LePage® Market Survey Forecast confirms this trend.

Royal LePage® CEO Phil Soper says confidence is rebuilding as buyers move off the sidelines. “Canada’s housing market is moving forward again,” Soper concluded. “Improved conditions are drawing buyers back, step by step. The reset is behind us – now we build.”

It's definitely cold outside. BUT, the light and electric fireplace in this model home truly makes this cold winter weather bearable!

I think I could stare outside these windows at Prominent Homes' model home The Cabin for hours.
