At Paragon Property Management, we’ve always believed property management is about much more than buildings.

As a small family-run business based right here in Chatham-Kent, we care deeply about the people and neighbourhoods we serve. Our children play hockey, baseball, and soccer here. We support local youth sports, community initiatives, PAWR, the Children’s Treatment Centre, and causes that matter to us because this community is our home too.
Every day, we work alongside property owners, tenants, contractors, local businesses, and community partners to help provide safe, well-managed housing and protect the long-term sustainability of rental properties within our community.
This work comes with challenges, especially in today’s housing environment, but we continue to believe that strong communities are built when local people stay invested, involved, and committed to doing the work the right way.
We are proud members of the London Property Management Association and honoured to serve within the Chatham-Kent Chamber of Commerce because we believe in lifelong learning, professional growth, advocacy, and practical solutions that support both residents and housing providers alike.
We may not always get everything perfect, but we will always continue listening, learning, improving, and showing up with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
