Here’s a look back at one of Stalwood’s earliest projects.

Constructed between 1993-1995, the residences at Marisa Lane were among Stalwood Homes’ earliest building projects in Cobourg.

Just steps from the Cobourg Marina, Lake Ontario, the beach and boardwalk, these residences have been part of Cobourg’s waterfront landscape for more than 30 years.

More than three decades later, they remain a lasting piece of Stalwood’s building history in Northumberland County.
