Every client has a story. One of my favourite parts of this job is getting to be a small part of my clients’ stories.

This one was especially special because I got to reconnect with my little cousin that I haven’t seen in YEARS! Spending time with him and seeing the awesome person he has become brought me so much joy.

The Cochrane real estate market remains strong.

In May, 115 homes sold, exceeding both last year’s levels and long-term trends. New listings have increased, but inventory remains tight, with less than three months of supply.

Home prices continue to rise, reaching $576,400, up from $550,800 at the start of the year. While still slightly below last year’s peak, prices continue to gain momentum.
