We were truly honoured to help our good friend with the sale of his home.

We bought our first home just down the street many years ago and together there were many late nights and incredible memories here. This neighbourhood will always hold a special place in our hearts.

A huge thank you to the seller for the incredible care and pride he put into getting his home ready for market. It was absolutely immaculate — from making sure the grass was always perfectly cut to ensuring every detail was taken care of before every showing. His hard work and dedication made this home shine and it was a pleasure to showcase.

Having previously lived on the water at Lighthouse Point our family have so many memories tied to this incredible community. For my dad, it was time to make the move back and enjoy life with close friends, tennis and boating.

Some sales are about so much more than real estate.

This one was incredibly special because it was the family home of Aaron’s childhood friends. Aaron grew up on Courtice Crescent, spending countless days on this street alongside them, so helping their family through this next chapter meant the world to us.

Before bringing the home to market, they worked incredibly hard, pouring extra love and care into the home they had grown up in. They wanted to make their mom proud and they certainly did. It was a privilege to watch the dedication they put into preparing a home that had been filled with so many years of family memories.

A huge thank you to Ellen Oelbaum for their stunning staging, which beautifully showcased the home and to Greg Weeks , who is always such a pleasure to work with.

Some homes are just the perfect fit and 81 Peel Street was exactly that.

This charming brick bungalow in the heart of Collingwood was so special. With its beautiful updates, inviting spaces, cozy gas fireplace, and incredible location within walking distance to Sunset Point, it was easy to see why this home was loved so much.

I couldn’t be happier for my client. She is an absolute gem and it has been such a pleasure helping her through this journey. Seeing everything come together perfectly for her is exactly why I love what I do. ❤️

THANK YOU - It’s been a very busy start to summer with lots of closings and I’m so grateful to everyone who has supported and trusted us through such an important time in their lives.

One of my favourite things is sitting down to write thank you notes to my clients. It gives me a moment to reflect on the time we’ve spent together and to genuinely appreciate the trust they’ve placed in us.
