The best time to treat roof moss is when it's actively growing.

Moss grows very little in summer, but it kicks into high gear during fall rains, moderate winters, and early spring months. Treating right before peak fall rains is perfect timing for roof moss treatments.

Hereโ€™s why it protects you:

โ€ข Worker injury? Youโ€™re not left holding the bag.

โ€ข Property damage? Their insurance handles it.

โ€ข Unpaid WorkSafeBC premiums? Clearance letters stop you from becoming liable.

โ€ข Real peace of mind instead of โ€œhope nothing goes wrongโ€.

Uninsured labour can turn expensive fast.

Look for companies that are properly registered, carry liability insurance, and can show a current WorkSafeBC clearance letter.

At companies like AMROK Services, full insurance and proper coverage are standardโ€”so you can focus on a clean driveway, safe winter walks, or a refreshed landscape instead of worrying about the โ€œwhat ifs.โ€
