Every year, Eastlink Centre's aquatics area closes for essential maintenance that helps keep the facility safe, reliable and operating year-round.

From September 1 to October 1, crews will complete annual inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the aquatics area. This work helps extend the life of the facility, maintain water quality and safety standards, and reduce the risk of unexpected service disruptions.

While the aquatics area is closed, the fitness centre, walking track, West Fraser Fieldhouse, PlayCare and dryland fitness classes will remain open. During the shutdown, Eastlink Centre members can also use their memberships for admission to the Aquatera Outdoor Pool until September 21, weather permitting.
